How to return clothes in a store?

As stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine, you can return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase.

A good quality product is a product without signs of use, with its original appearance, labels, packaging, and additional accessories intact.

To return the product, send it along with:

- original packaging,
- by way of invoice (check),
- a completed return form (it was attached to the package, if you lost it, you can download it HERE)

Return by Nova Poshta:

- Fill out the return form (you will receive it with your order or download it here )
- Include the product in its original packaging, the invoice (receipt) and a completed return form in the parcel (you will receive the invoice (receipt) and return form with your order).
- When returning goods via Nova Poshta, provide the following information to the branch representative:

The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.

REFUND

The funds will be credited to your account, which you indicated in the return application, within 14 calendar days after we receive the goods.

IMPORTANT The card must belong to the customer who purchased the product.
