Can I save items to Favorites to order them later?

Yes, registered users can save products in the Favorites section.

Do the prices in the by Volina online store differ from the prices in partner stores?

No, the prices in the online store and in the chain's partner stores are the same. The exception is special promotions.

Can I inspect and try on the product?

You can check out the product directly at the post office upon receipt, as well as in our offline store (address in the contacts tab), after calling us first so that we can confirm the availability of the desired product.

What should I do if the product doesn't suit me?

Upon receipt of your order, regardless of the delivery method, you can unpack and inspect the goods. If for any reason the goods do not meet your expectations, you may not pay for the order. Return this order by courier or return shipment from a Nova Poshta branch. If you decide to return the goods after receiving them, you can return them in accordance with the return terms.
