PRODUCT WARRANTY
As stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine, you can return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase.
A good quality product is a product without signs of use, with its original appearance, labels, packaging, and additional accessories intact.

30-DAY WARRANTY ON EVERY PRODUCT
Each item is covered by a warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product is found to be of poor quality, the "by Volina" store is obliged to replace the product with a similar one of good quality.
If a defect is found within 1-14 days from the date of purchase, "by Volina" will either send a replacement product or refund your money at your choice.
If a defect is found within 15-30 days from the date of purchase, "by Volina" will organize a replacement product with a similar one.
To return the product, send it along with:
- original packaging,
- by way of invoice (check),
- a completed return form (it was attached to the package, if you lost it, you can download it HERE)
Return via Nova Poshta branch:
- Fill out the return form (you will receive it with your order or download it here )
- Include the product in its original packaging, the invoice (receipt) and a completed return form in the parcel (you will receive the invoice (receipt) and return form with your order).
- When returning goods via Nova Poshta, provide the following information to the branch representative:

The cost of sending the goods when returning is paid by us. When sending the parcel by Nova Poshta services, simply select payment by the recipient.
